拥有1级或2级建造师证书。
1、建造师证书必须注册在本公司。
2、.有3年以上独立管理室内装饰“公装工程”经验。
3、或有5年以上独立管理室内装饰"家装工程"管理经验。
4、擅长谈判、签证、质量管理、施工管理、合同管理。
5、擅长材料、质量、施工工艺、做资料、看图纸，懂设计。
6、精通成本控制和预算，精通如何创造利润。
7、能独当一面管理室内装饰工装工程。
8、有强烈的责任心和忠诚度。
9、身体健康，无慢性病或不能适应本职业的病。
