Major Duties & Responsibilities

1.Working with sales to review and understand customer requirement for the product
2.Review the drawing and submit DFM and Modify design to fit with Customer specific applications and production process.
3.Review and approve FA or PPAP and send the samples to customer
4.Issue formal product drawing with Infastech format to outsourcing supplier

Personal Specifications

1.Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
2.Minimum of 3 years experience in R&D and / or Product 3.Development work in an industrial products environment (Preferred in Fastening Industry)
4.Familiar with the use of Auto CAD, Pro-E and other similar engineering design software
5.Good English communication skills (Written and Spoken)

    盈锋紧固系统（无锡）有限公司是Stanley Engineering Fastening设立在中国的子公司之一，成立于2003年1月，投资总额1260万美元，2005年扩建了二期厂房，2011年扩建三期厂房，厂房总面积达13000多平方米。盈锋无锡生产螺丝和铆钉产品，包括塑料件专用自攻螺丝、手机专用自攻螺丝、自攻螺丝、梅花头机械螺丝、建筑螺丝、硬盘螺丝、Avex和Monobolt铆钉等专利产品,特别以 Avdel, iform, Elco等品牌为业界认同。另外，汽车用高强度螺栓和高频感应局部硬化安全带螺栓，以及TAPTITE 、PT 、Remform 、Magform 、MAthread等专利螺纹系列汽车用螺丝，也是盈锋无锡的主要产品。
