We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/ Administration Assistant, working in Beijing office.

Job Description:

- Assist Office Manger performs routine clerical and office administrative duties, including general stationery and office supplies/ equipment management, manage Office/Marketing contacts, contact with landlord, ect..

-Coordination of all routine administrative needs: distribution and filing of incoming/out coming correspondences; receiving and transferring phone calls, welcoming guests to the office, etc..

- Booking air tickets, hotel and car arrangement, ect.

-Part of financial assistant work

- Translation when necessary;

Additional responsibilities
- Perform any other necessary supports assigned by other seniors when required


Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- At least 0.5-2 years working experience in related field.
- Fluent speaking/writing in both English and Chinese.
- Good communication skills, well organized, eager to learn, ability to work independently and team worker.
- Good computer skills, including office software application and internet
