职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Prepare monthly actual and forecast reports with variance analysis (Actual vs FCT, vs AOP, vs previous year)
? Assist senior FP&A manager develop and implement annual budgeting procedures and AOP reports
? Support senior FP&A manager to complete the weekly cashflow forecast report by timely communicate and coordinate with other relevant department for the payment plan
? Issue and maintain overseas company monthly financial report in accounting system
? Coordinate the capital spending review process for the company
? Proactively identify issues or potential issues in different functions in the company through finance analysis
? Provide commercial finance support to business leaders regarding to profitability, risk control, cost management and KPI setting, etc.
? Work closely with team to get business update and project tracking
? Develop and deliver tools to track and report accurate financial information, business and operational analysis for all business
? Prepare other on-going and ad hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications:
? 3-5 years of financial experience, with 1+ years in FP&A in MNC dealing with multi-entities
? Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and fluency in English
? Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
? Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint
? Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
? Strong integrity, Passion and Drive for internal control and process improvement
? Able to working under pressure; willing to travel and work overtime 举报 分享
