职位描述
Position Title: HR Manager - Recruitment & Staffing
Reports to: HR Director - China Region
Position Summary:
This position is focusing on supporting hiring activities of China HQ, majority of positions are managerial level based in China region. Besides, this position will be involved in many recruiting projects and responsible recruiting measurement report within China region.
Job Responsibilities:
Track the whole recruiting process to make sure it's standardization and effectiveness,
Screen CV and arrange interview, support first round selection,
Manage all existing recruiting channels internally or externally,
Generate related recruiting reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis,
Act as a good communicator with line managers to give and receive their feedback,
Build up, optimize and implement any new recruiting procedure within China region,
Be involved in diverse recruiting programs within China region (e.g. new plant project-base hiring, campus recruiting, employer branding promotion, etc.),
Be a functional interface with plant recruiters,
Any other task assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent is must.
5-10 years working experiences in MNC with manafacturing industry (Automotive/Chemical/FMCG/Pharmaceutical will be highly preferable,
Must to have experiences on recruiting function, if the candidate holds basic C&B knowledge is a plus,
Familiar recruiting process, channel, able to conduct interview with professional, even above level staff,
Good interpersonal skill and good ability to communicate with candidates and search firms,
Fluent English both in oral and written,
Good commond of MS Office, especially on EXCEL and PPT,
A quick learner with good logical thinking, open-mind, detail-oriented and a good team Leader.
