Position Title : HR Training Manager/Supervisor
Directly Reports: Human Resources Director, China
Overall Purpose of Job
This should be a broad overview of this position's function. Include the overall scope of the position and the authority this position possesses in terms of programs/ projects/ operations and establishing policy.
Training manager is responsible for doing manages and coordinates team's training program using knowledge of principles and methods of curriculum and training design, instruction of individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness.
Major Responsibilities:
List the major responsibilities and accountabilities of this position. Include quantifiable data where appropriate (i.e. budget dollars, etc.)
· Develop and optimize TRW China employee training system, including training plans, policies and procedures which align with company people development plan.
· Conduct annual training requirement and needs surveys within each department. Design annual training and development plan in accordance with the training needs' analysis results.
· Coordinate and monitor the implementation of annual training plan as well as recording.
· Develop, maintain and review the training related HR policy and procedure.
· Work with internal managers & external professionals to define appropriate training sources.
· Act as HR representative to establish, develop, and retain internal Trainer team, improve internal trainer's ability and skill, and ensure the quality of internal training course.
· Be responsible for training results evaluation. Evaluate the results and effectiveness of training by using different approaches, and improve the training effectiveness accordingly.
· Establish and maintain training management system and related regulation, including training nomination, attendance and course evaluation etc.
· Conduct research on training exposes to prepare and control overall training and development budgets. Use the training funds appropriately, and keep the cost within the budget.
· Assist HR manager of coordinate Company Management Resources Press (MRR) and other people in development activities.

Education & Work Experience
Indicate the minimum level of education and work experience necessary to perform this position's responsibilities. Include the required certifications, licenses, etc. Also, include preferred as well as necessary conditions.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
Language: Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Experience: 5 years above working experience in relative function, at least 3 years as training manager or similar position in multinational organization in China.
