Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Maxim Integrated, you will work closely with Asia marketing, web marketing, information technology, and other organizations to plan, coordinate and execute web content updates and related web strategy on Maxim Integrated corporate web sites. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities
?Create and sustain the company’s Chinese website to support the regional marketing efforts.
?Responsible for the implementation, coordination and completion of web site marketing projects, including building and publishing web pages; and updating requests and corrections with speed and accuracy.
?Review and prioritize requests, working with content owners to ensure content fits into both standard and company-internal brand guidelines.
?Manage publishing schedules by evaluating and assigning web content update requests; track translation completion progress, and communicate status on various projects.
?Digital content production: product page creation, technical document postings, image creation and interactive documents for a variety of web pages.
?Provide reporting, metrics, and analysis needed to adequately report on the effectiveness and multi-faceted nature of marketing campaigns and web sites.

Qualifications & Skills
?3 years’ experience in web editorial, content management or production.
?University degree in multimedia, design, marketing, business, or related field required.
?Experience using HTML5/CSS3 and content management systems (Adobe CQ preferred).
?Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy; ability to work with international partners.
?Strong proficiency of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ect.) is required for graphical design support and digital asset management.
?Familiarity with SEO, email, social media tools and marketing channels are desired.
?Ability to multi-task, be organized, detail-oriented, and solve problems analytically.
?Experience with web site metrics analysis and reporting.
?Fluency in Mandarin and English, required. 举报 分享
