Title
? People and Organization Development (Manager)

Location
? Beijing

Objective of Job
? Work closely with internal customers and Business in the company China to discuss the People and Organization Development strategy, identify development needs and to drive development activities to reach the highest possible standard of satisfaction in support of the business. Build sound business relationships and drive critical People and Organization Development programs.

Task & Responsibilities
? Training & development program
? To define training and development needs for the business units and target group of employees with thorough understanding of the business needs and company strategy;
? To work closely with the management team to discuss training and development solutions;
? To work closely with HR CoCs to define customized implementation measures of the training and development solutions;
? To lead the implementation of the solution with quality and efficiency;
? To analyse the progress of the programs for continuous improvement.
? Performance management system
? To facilitate the annual LEAD processes in the organization;
? To align the process with Company’s focus and strategic goals;
? To conduct internal communications on the processes and its priorities;
? To coordinate with HR CoCs for the alignment of the system and process;
? To help with the questions or issues on the relevant IT system.
? Diversity programs
? Partnering with stakeholders to promote and monitor excellent employee relations through robust communication practices across the business in the organization;
? To facilitate the overall employee commitment survey processes including DES and GPTW survey;
? To take a responsible role in the activity of annual employee award - Excellence Award’
? To support and coordinate with other necessary employee programs in the organization
? Organizational development programs/ projects
? Regular business needs analysis with BUs to define any change situations and hence the necessity for change management support;
? To support in the gap analysis and solution discussion;
? Implementation of the change management intervention;
? Follow-up and tracking of the effectiveness.
? Execute ad hoc tasks/projects delegated by supervisor or management team

Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? Skills- General skills, personality traits,
? High degree of personal and professional integrity
? Ability to meet target under pressure with detail focus and well organization of multi-tasks
? Self-motivation with reactiveness and initiatives
? Strong team player
? Strong communication & interpersonal skills
? Good professional written and verbal communication
? English language literacy of negotiation level
? Excellent computer skills (excel, ppt, etc.)
? Functionality skills – Process and technical skills
? Deep knowledge of People and OD with expertise in HR management
? Sound knowledge and experience in the project management
? Experience and education
? University degree, major in HR and/or BA is preferred
? At least 7 years of experience in HR OD functions in international commercial company
? Preferably worked in financial industry with exposure to different cultures
