Executive Compensation Manager
Job Description
Plan, design and implement Executive & Sr. Managers Compensation and incentive programs. Provide service and prepare reports for the Compensation Committee and the Board. Responsible for Sr. Managers, Executives and Directors’ periodically payroll, tax, benefits plan, and also relevant implement & communication.
Role & Responsibility
Professional
? Develop diverse compensation structures, competitive base pay and incentive approaches that provide seamless delivery of global solutions for Executives & Sr. Managers.
? Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of executive compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, competitive benchmarking, and pay analyses
Customer Service
? Develop a trusted relationship with Sr. managers through effective communication and efficient, quality execution.
? Serve as primary, daily contact to Sr. managers on delivery of services
People
? Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
? Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with executives/colleagues at all levels
? Serve as a mentor to compensation team.
Requirements:
? In depth knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory and accounting requirements in order to design Executive Compensation plans
? Demonstrated hands on experience with special equity and incentive plans in a broad array of compensation related areas
? An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
? Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity
? Strong analytical and creative skills
? Working knowledge of Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word
? Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or business related disciplines;
? 5-8 years relevant working experience in multinational or leading local companies is a definite asset, but not essential; working experience with professional/consulting firms is a plus;
? Mandarin-speaker, able to communicate in English
