职责描述

Planning of model scouting and model development, to evaluate, select, develop and place models mostly base in northern part of mainland China. 计划中国北方城市的模特的搜寻和发展战略, 对模特进行评估，筛选, 培养和海外推广。
Coordinate and communicate with model academics and local partners , assist in preparing and setting up agreement negotiation with model academies, models parents/guidance, models. 与各地模特院校和合作伙伴密切协作， 签订同模特学校、模特母公司或模特的合作协议。
To collaborate with HQ and Asia Marketing Team on model placement in Asia, Europe and US. 与总部及营销团队协作，把模特推广到亚洲，欧洲和美洲市场。
Coordination with Asia Model Management Division for scouting, placement and booking table. 与亚洲的模特经纪团队相配合进行星探和培养发展工作，调整模特工作表。

任职需求

Dream of fashion. 热爱时尚工作
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.英语和汉语听说读写熟练。
Bachelor and above education background. 本科以上学历。
Related experiences in model agency, entertainment, media, event, fashion company, photographer studio and etc. in China or Overseas.模特经纪公司、娱乐、 媒体、活动、时装、摄影棚等相关工作经验。
Familiar with both international model market and China local model market.熟知模特行业国际市场和中国市场。
Understand model business and new model development.熟悉模特业务和模特的开发与培养。
Know how to deal with top models.了解超模工作合作方式。
