职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit supplier facilities and perform oversight of the manufacturing, fabrication and assembly.
- Observe, inspect, test and otherwise assure that the work performed is in accordance with drawings and procedures.
- Monitor progress of the work.
- Prepare reports of the oversight activities and observations.
- Assure that work is performed in accordance supplier procedures and processes.
- Assure that Supplier testing and inspections are performed in accordance with Supplier procedures.
- Provide input to Supplier for improving manufacturing and fabrication.
- Enforce safety culture to identify areas which may cause harm or injury to any persons.
- Ensure first time quality is achieved.
- Seek ways to prevent and identify any reoccurring problems in the manufacturing processes.
- Identify any trends in any process that may cause quality concerns or reoccurring issues
- Assist in resolving non-conformances.
- Perform dimensional measurements to assure drawing requirements are met.
- Ensure fabrication travelers or manufacturing procedures are updated when work steps are complete.
- Work with Customer oversight personnel.

Education required:
- Bachelor degree or above on Mechanical Engineering, Civil Work, Material sciences, or other industrial specialties;
- Foreign education background will be a plus.
Experience required:
- More than 5 years factory or site experience performing product quality inspection, preferred for an international inspection agency (TUV, BUREAU VERITAS, APAVE, INTERTEK MOODY, etc.)
- General knowledge of welding processes and hands on welding experience or civil work construction & concrete tests.
- General knowledge of NDE (VT, UT, PT, RT)
- Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure vessel Code and AWS welding standards is preferred.
- Knowledge of Section V and IX of the ASME Code is preferred;
- Detailed knowledge of fabrication and machining or civil work construction.
- Experience using various measuring tools.
- Inspection experiences in nuclear industry will be a plus.
Qualifications required:
Related Certificates on product quality inspections are expected as much as possible:
- AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector);
- Certificates of NDE (VT/UT/PT/RT/MT) (ASME, EN, ISO, GB…);
- Mechanical level II inspection per ANSI N 45.2.6.
Other requirements:
- Good English language skill to read and write quality inspection related documents and to daily communicate with foreign engineers.
