职位描述：
技能要求：
- 3年以上相关的质量检验工作，善于过程控制。具有解决问题和分析问题的能力。
- 掌握无损探伤资质VT (visual test) 和 MT (magnetic particles test) 2级以上
- 熟悉机械制造工艺、例如：热处理，焊接，锻造， 铸造，机加，装配等
- 工业或机械专业大专毕业
- 具有基本的英文读写能力，熟悉电脑操作。

职位描述：
- As per the design and process's technical requirements, define the quality requirements for the products and process.
- 根据设计和工艺等的技术要求，确定产品以及工艺的质量要求。"
- Assist the supplier quality engineer to define the in house manufacturing quality plan.
- 协助质量工程师，制定内部生产制造质量控制计划。"
- Following the Inspection Instruction, check, inspect and record the production process and product quality, then work out the report accordingly.
- .按照检验规程，检验产品和工艺质量并予以记录，形成报告。"
- Assist the supplier quality engineer to prepare the operation instruction for the in house manufacuring quality Inspection.
- 协助质量工程师，制定质量控制作业指导书。"
- Provide the quality data for the non-conformance, take part in the analysis and define the Correctiven and Preventive measurements , and unsertake actions.
- 对于不符合项，提供质量数据，参与分析和制定纠正预防措施，并予以执行。"
- Conduct necessary quality training to the operator when demands.
- 必要时对操作工进行相应的培训。"
- Daily maintenance on the measuring instruments and device for inspection.
- 对于使用的计量器具的日常维护。"
- Asist calibration specialist to prepare the purchase request for the measuring instruments.
- 协助计量专员对于计量器具的采购申请。"
- Following the quality guidline for delivery to customer, check and verify the quantity, type ande quality of finished goods against the packing list.
