岗位职责：
1.负责培训工作的计划，组织、实施和管理工作；
2.负责搭建并完善各部门培训体系，学习并运用各项培训工具促进组织流程再造；
3.负责员工培训及业务技术的考核工作；
4.负责内训部分课程的讲授;
5.协助完成企业文化建设并持续优化；
6.领导交代的其他工作。


岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上；
2.熟悉各类招聘渠道及招聘流程，掌握较好的面试技巧；
3.熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序；
4.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
