RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS 职责及主要任务：

Be proficient in the MES (Manufacture Execution System).Such as client setup, workflow and rework flow design, SFS (Shop Floor System) related production problems solving.
精通生产执行系统。例如，客户端的设置，系统工作流程和重工流程的设计规划，与生产系统相关问题的解决。

Update work instruction and provide training to high volume production members and related engineer.
更新操作指导书，并且对量产人员和相关工程师进行培训。

Define and maintain BST (BMC Standard Time) to each high volume production projects. Optimize the line balance and verify packing material for all high volume production projects.
制定以及维护量产的产品的标准时间。优化量产线体的线平衡、并对所有量产产品的包装材料进行验证。

Duplication the high volume production line. Verify and deliver the common equipments, fixtures/tools duplication. Be a contact window between production and engineering in high volume projects.
负责量产生产线的批量建线任务。为项目验证、交付有关通用设备、卡具和工具的复制产物。在量产项目中作为生产和工程部之间的接口。

Maintain and update the structure of SFS (Shop Floor System) of high volume production environment and the information in the system. Prepare and verify the standard labels for our customers.
在量产环境下的生产系统中维护产品结构以及信息体系。为客户准备并且验证正确标准的标签。

Provide high volume production lines layout and even plant layout and verify the layout in order to meet the changed demand on total capacity.
为了满足产能变化的需求，对大规模量产生产线的布局甚至是整个工厂的布局，进行调整和验证。

Support continuous improvement activities for high volume production in terms of quality and productivity, or other objectives about QCD commitment.
支持大规模生产在质量和生产率方面的持续的改进工作，或者其它相关于QCD方面的任务目标。

Cooperate with related organizations within BMC to develop working processes which are dedicated to high volume production.
在公司内部协调其它相关部门开发制定服务于量产的新的工作流程。

Qualification 要求
Bachelor degree or above on IE, manufacturing, mechanism or automation.
工业化工程、生产制造、机械或者自动化专业本科或者本科以上学历。
At least 2 years experience in the manufacture area.
2年以上的生产型企业的工作经验。
Fluent in English (oral and written)
流利地英文听、说、读、写的能力。
Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
Advanced PC skills (Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Power point, etc.,)
良好的电脑和相关软件的使用能力。
Cooperates with peers on other locations within own technical area. Good teamwork, systematic and analytical mind.
在相关技术领域里面同他人有良好的合作能力。良好的团队合作，以及严谨、系统的分析能力。
Handle workload pressure. Have the knowledge of manufacture is preferable. And have high adaptability in multicultural working environment.
能承受工作压力，最好有在生产型企业工作的经验，以及在国际化的公司环境中工作的经验。
