Position: Correspondent Banking Division Officer (Relationship)
 
Report to: Correspondent Banking Division Manager

Job Summary:
To be responsible for promoting good relationship with financial institutions to support our bank’s business activities, conduct KYC, Nostro accounts open and closure, create customer information and propose all credit applications for correspondent banks.
Responsibilities:
? To promote good relationship with international and local financial institutions.
? To maintain close contact with our focused correspondent banks in various levels between two banks.
? To monitor our focused correspondent banks businesses that have been channeled to our bank and solicit our business reciprocation to our focused bank.
? To monitor and solicit credit lines for our focused correspondent banks.
? To evaluate and comment on the request for establishing new correspondent banking relationship, bank’s products, and the opening closing of Vostro/ Nostro accounts with financial institutions.
? To monitor and analyze the volume of business and revenues earned from transactions exchanged between our bank and correspondent banks.
? To review our existing relationship with correspondent banks whether to maintain or to cancel such relationship with those banks, based on financial status, business volume and potential opportunities.
? To study products and services of those correspondent banks to determine the most efficient and effective services that would be suitable for our use.
? To prepare all credit applications to authorized persons including the setting up or changing of the all credit limits for correspondent banks via Credit Risk Management.
? To prepare Bank CIF Creation Request Form in order for the Operations Division to input the correct bank data into the bank’s core banking system.
? To perform other tasks as assigned by Correspondent Banking Division Manager

Job Specifications:
Technical Knowledge
? Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field
? Good knowledge of banking products.

Skills
? Proficiency in both Chinese and English in particular good written and verbal communication skills
? Computer literacy
? Analytical Skill
? Detail oriented
? Good people skills and presentation skills.

Experiences
