Scope of Responsibilities/ 工作职责:
A) Sales Support:
1. Coordinate with sales to follow-up exhibitors and issue sales contracts.
2. Generate sales report to show manager and finance department.
3. Update floor plan in accordance with sales report.
4. Support to sales team for customized floor plan & sales materials preparation as requested.
5. Coordinate with finance dept to provide invoice to customers timely after payment is received
6. Currier sales brochures, contract & Invoice for sales as requested
7. Update exhibitors list for sales tools & website
8. Manage show setup in Prism-lite
9. Maintenance of show databases (prospects/exhibitors)
10. Support on the space rebooking program, i.e. rebooking sequence, setup of online rebooking system.
B) Project Support:
1. Take record of check request and prepare expense report to PM as assigned.
2. Prepare commitment details report to finance dept each month
3. Request stationary for show team members
4. Maintenance of stock level of shows promotional materials.
5. Pre-show packing preparation including stationary, medicals & onsite purchasing list
6. Support on the production of exhibitors badges
7. Prepare staff-kit for onsite staff
8. Provide administrative support to show team including on-site supports as assigned.
Qualifications/任职资格:
1. University graduates, prefer relevant working experience
2. Fluent English both writing and speaking is a must
3. Proven skills in computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
4. Coordination skills and attention to details
5. Working knowledge of office procedures
6. Independent worker who possesses initiative
