职位描述：

Position：General Manager (华新置业有限公司-大华集团子公司）
Key Responsibilities：
- Provide overall leadership and is accountable for the profitability of the operations under his charge；
- Lead a team of facilities management staff and/or outsourced partners such as building management office, service providers etc to provide efficient and effective facility management services, building-related equipment maintenance, M&E services, protection management services, and customer services；
- Manage an annual budget and operational strategies to optimize performance whilst reducing cost for smooth operations and maintenance；
- Establish maintenance / service charges to sufficiently finance the running costs of the affected building；
- Manage building upgrading, renovation, relocation and reinstatement projects；
- Source, negotiate and manage office leases where applicable；
- Manage operational processes effectively and to review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tenants’ Fit-out Rules, Residents'Handbook and other house rules and by-laws where applicable on a regular basis so as to comply with building regulations and operational requirements；
- Ensure adherence to all prescribed procedures and rules & regulations of the Authorities and Group；
- Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders such as tenants, staff etc
- Provide strong leadership and develop the competency and capabilities of the team
- Manage operational processes to ensure effective communication to all stakeholders；
- Any other duties assigned by the management；

Requirements：
- Professional qualifications (bachelor or above) in facilities, M&E, property, building or estate management from a recognized institution；
- Possesses minimum 10 years of experiences in managing a multi-disciplinary team in managing Grade A office and retail developments；
- Able to manage landlord-tenant relationship and provide excellent customer services, including concierge and service recovery services to customers；
- Possesses the relevant network within the industry will be advantageous；
- Possesses strong leadership and management skills；
