The Opportunity:
We are a boutique executive search firm, based in China and with our
executive committee being seasoned executive search veterans with enormous experience in the recruitment industry in Asia. Since 2003, we have grown to establish 5 offices in the past 5 years, and we continue to grow our presence in the region. We are strictly a retained search firm, and have managed our growth through committed clients and successful projects made possible by our excellent research and execution team.
We are now seeking to recruit experienced entrepreneurial search senior/managing consultants with strong track record who are looking to build their own business where we can provide you with the platform and the support to help you grow successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of Executive Search assignments through management of the project execution team. Work closely with the Research team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Responsible for conducting interviews for all positions and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet the clients requirements.
- Responsible for Key Account Management, Relationship building with clients and building a strong understanding of the clients business and culture in the region.
- Responsible for New Client Development through constant Business Development & Marketing
Key Requirements:
- Degree Holders. MBA preferred
- 5 years of working experience as a Consultant in Executive Search environment
- Strong Personality with Positive Attitude
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
