Responsibilities & Main tasks 职责和主要任务：
1. To collect and propose the pre-conditions for yearly budget under the guideline of top management.
能在上级领导的指导方针下组织公司年度预算
2.To summary the bottom-up budgeting and support to organize the discussion between the divisions to reach a same
understanding.
概括自下而上传递的预算，帮助组织不同部门的讨论达成共识
3.To propose and draft KPIs report to both BMC and SEAB monthly.
提起每月的BMC和SEAB的KPI 报告
4.To report in the monthly consolidate closing approach as well as quarterly and annual report
在每个报告周期做月度季度和年度报告
5.To feedback the actual figures as request from top management or relevant divisions, and propose the efficient analysis to
support to improve their action
根据高层管理人员和相关部门的要求反馈实际数据，进行有效的分析，协助他们改进工作
6.To propose and draft reasonable accrual list to support accountants in the monthly closing to meet the forecast level.
在月末编写计提清单，协助会计人员达成预期的结算结果
7.To draft the claims timely under particular business agreement
根据特殊业务协议，及时提出必要的索偿要求

Qualification 要求：
University degree within financial area
本科财务相关专业
At least three years of experience in the accounting, or business control field
3年以上会计或业务控制工作经验
Good command of English in speaking and writing
良好的英语口语及写作能力
Good communication skill
良好的沟通能力
Skilled operation of MS office package
熟练掌握微软办公软件
Independent working and open-minded, working efficiently under workload pressures
能独立进行工作，性格开朗，有良好的抗压能力，能高效的工作。
