Role Description – summary
- Be responsible for SCM project launching activities for China Robot production 负责供应链内部项目管理，协调ABB机器人业务执行
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Project Control 项目管控
- Monitor issues and give early warning of any major hazards to projects
有效监控问题,能够在项目出现重大风险时做出预警
- Present project launch to sourcing team
对采购团队召开项目启动会
- Monitor drawing & BOM releases from R&D to ensure timely transition and planning
协调管控以确保从研发团队及时且有计划的收到释放的图纸和BOM
- Issue regular updates on project status to SCM team
召开定期项目会议，更新项目状态
- Support prototype and pre-series builds
支持原型样机及预生产的采购工作
- Represent SCM in the Project team meeting
作为SCM的代表列席项目团队会议

Cost Control 成本管控
- Track changes in BOM & record
跟踪记录BOM的更新变化
- Ensure DM cost and investment budget is achieving Project target
确保材料成本和投资预算能够实现项目预期目标

Component selection/control 零件采购/管控
- Guide and influence R&D component design to satisfy the SCM strategy
引导和影响研发对于零件的设计以尽量满足采购战略
- Regular review with R&D design phases & component change requirements
定期与研发核实设计进度及设计变化的要求
- Tracking the prototype & sample PO to ensure catch up the project schedule
跟踪原型样机及预生产的采购订单，以确保项目进度

General Reporting 日常报告
- Submit and present reports on related project status – Weekly/Monthly
项目进度汇报 –周报/月报
- Regular DM cost and investment tracking report
定期项目成本跟踪汇报
- Regular working report – Weekly
日常工作汇报-周报

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Fluent commend of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
流利中英文表达能力
- Awareness of the nature of business/corporate strategy and a great understanding of the appropriateness of different purchasing strategies
具有敏锐的商务意识，对不同的采购战略有良好的理解力
- Familiarity with Quality Management tools such as APQP tools, etc.
熟悉APQP等质量管理工具
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to express a subject clearly and understandable and to persuade others.
良好的沟通能力和人际关系技巧。能够明确表达观点、易懂，能够说服他人。
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
良好的组织能力，迅速解析任务的优先级
- Ability to adjust or adapt to changed situations, problems and tasks quickly
能够及时调整或适应变化，迅速应对突发问题
- Team Leadership skills
