职位描述：
FADV client interface about billing calculation, charging and AR collection after service completion
Duties and Responsibilities
? Individual cost calculates based on commercial clause and contract on daily basis. Ensure the cost calculation correctness before confirm with client
? Align and confirm the service fee with individual clients every month
? Execute daily collections by contacting clients in accordance with the Company collection strategy, especially for past due outstanding
? Cooperate with internal finance team for invoice and AR collection, as well as other billing issues
? Client billing information maintenance and update
? Billing calculation approach optimization if any
? Perform other duties assigned by manager

Skill-Set
? Excellent Microsoft office application skills - Microsoft Office
? Fluent in written and verbal English, need to communicate with oversea finance team sometimes
? Good communication skill and teamwork mindset
Qualification
? Working experience in customer service in service industries will be an advantage
? Organized. Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data
? Positive attitude towards pressure. Able to work within constraints of time and at times resources. Able to prioritize
? Data sensitive and willing to do working attitude
Education
? University degree or above, major in Finance preferred
