Main responsibilities:
1. Accomplishment of repair and maintenance visits
2. Preparation of service reports
3. Preparation and verification of technical manuals
4. Support the Tech Support Team regarding their technical customer requests
5. Accomplishment of internal and customer specific trainings
6. Contribution to continuous improvement
7. Accomplishment of equipment tests, pre-acceptance and equipment implementations
8. Execution of maintenance, reparation and installation of EVG-Equipment. Capable technical counterpart in order to ensure the most efficient usage and maintenance of EVG-Equipment
9. Can accept 7*24 on call service if needed
Qualification:
1. College graduate, e.g. Bachelor of Science, in the field of electrical engineering or electronics or mechanical engineering,
2. Excellent English skills with the capability to communicate technical problems, both oral and written
3. Excellent communication skill and hand working
4. Working experience as a Service Engineer in international companies
5. Strong computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
6. Good team work, Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional business environment
7. Two years of work experience and/or experience in semiconductor industry is desirable
