职位描述：
Key Deliverables:
-Technology / digital plan and implementation for projects from existing clients
-Develop ICLP China WeChat content & member management system
-Support ICLP Regional and Global technology / digital services
Job Responsibilities

(Indicative % only)
System Architecture Design and QA (30%)
-Design and Develop the web-based application/platform architecture
-Setup and Manage the QA process, test and debug to ensure deliveries of application/platform in high quality standard
-Management of clients’ IT related requirements in support of agency data services, analytics or operational functions – In line with ICLP policies in these areas
Software Application / Digital Development (50%)
-Design, develop and manage required applications, including but not limited to standalone platforms or integrated tools.
-Support and maintain client’s applications / systems if required
-Collaborate with interoffice or outsourcing developers / providers to develop and deliver software applications and services including but not limited to:
-Website
-HTML5 Email Design
-Mobile Apps
-Social media application (WeChat etc.)
Technical Project Management (20%)
-Manage project implementation to ensure the delivery is on brief, on time and on budget.
-Setup and propose technical spec, timeline and cost estimation for required technology / digital services.
Requirement:
-Minimum 5 years experiences as software development in CRM / digital agency or related business
-Experience of JAVA ASP.NET C# programming/projects, preferably in MVC framework; with good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery to enhance user experience
-Good knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL programming skill
-Capable to work with multinational clients and multi-cultures. Overseas working experience is a plus.
-Experience to manage or cooperate with suppliers / vendors / freelance developer, particularly on the development of digital / social / mobile apps
-Background in client facing consultative work and requirement management and specification
-Excellent English skills
-Prince2 / PMP project management qualification or training 举报 分享
