职位描述：
? Manage SSI patent and trademark matters
? Generate various IP-related reports from the IP portfolio, such as summaries of IP property by ownership and by business unit.
? Coordinate internal patent review by PRC(Patent Review Commitee)
? Maintain other IP files according to current practices and document retention policies
? Coordinate with local counsel and vendors for IP prosecution filings
? Inform internal clients of new developments
? Manage process for finalizing patent and trademark formalities
? Instruct annuity service regarding payment of patent annuities
? Patent analysis to give the technical trend based on competitor’s patent application
? Support engineering groups to dig out the patent ideas and patent creation.
? Regularly report SSI patent status to top management, raise the patent infringement alert from RD daily work basis.
Additional duties will include support of licensing transactions related to IP assets
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
Education:
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s degree is preferred
? Minimal 5 years of IP-related paralegal and/or IP management experience
? Ability to perform all essential job functions.
