职位描述
Skills Required:
? Monitor the local status of IS security and identify and report IS security risks. Verify that risk mitigation actions are defined and executed.
? Respond to and report local IS security incidents, taking whatever local action is necessary to contain a serious incident. Verify that follow-up actions are executed. Participate in response to wider security incidents.
? Verify that security policies and standards are implemented or supported by approved exceptions.
? Verify that policies and standards are applied to critical systems.
? Maintain security awareness among local IS and non-IS staff.
? Create and manage a local plan to deliver continuous security improvements, consistent with functional and global initiatives.
? Verify that system and information owners are appointed, and that these roles are fulfilled.
? Leverage methods and tools tomonitor, track and assess overall compliance with requirements.
? Manage risk to ensure that organizational and supplier risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in alignment with business risk appetite
? Track and resolve IS security & compliance questions and inquiries from local, regional & global colleagues
? Deliver internal assessments, as well as supplier audits of quality, compliance, and security processes and practices
? Manage IS DRP to support company BCP and support BCP/DRP rehearsal
? Using a risk-based approach, drive the identification & implementation of innovative solutions to address business needs, identifying opportunities for and driving cross functional working to drive improvement and achieve efficiencies
Role & Responsibility:
? At least 7 years prior experience in a global IS organization
? At least 3 years directly experience in IS security & compliance management
? Prior experience as IS/IT auditor
? Experience with pharmaceutical industry related GxP, SoX, etc.
? Experience with computer system validation
? Fluent English both oral and written
? Good English documentation skills
? A positive and service-oriented attitude
