? 带领招聘团队,为营运部门提供充足的人力资源供给。提供合适的人到合适的岗位
Leads recruitment team to provide sufficient personnel to operation; ensures provide right people to right position.
? 与招聘专员和营运人力资源经理一起开拓、评估、优化各级别员工的招聘渠道
Collaborates with Area Recruiter and OHR manager to develop, evaluate and facilitate the recruitment channels.
? 寻找,开发,评估和维护新的招聘渠道
Searches, develops, assesses and maintains new recruitment channels
? 确保招聘专员及时,准确的向候选人收集办理入职手续所需资料
Supervises and ensures that Area Recruiter collects relevant materials for enrolment in a timely manner from candidates.
? 按照管理流程,指导宿舍管理员,根据候选人的情况确定宿舍的需求及供应
Following management procedures, directs dormitory administrator to quantity demanded of dormitory according to candidate’s needs.
? 参与具有较高战略意义的部门开张招聘工作
Participates in opening recruitment process of high strategic site.
? 参与新开部门前期招聘筹备会,提供有效招聘条件信息,确定招聘需求的可执行性
Participates in new site opening meeting for the preparatory of recruitment, provides useful recruitment requirements and ensures the enforceable of recruitment.
? 组织团队收集劳动力市场的供给信息,如薪资等
Mobilizes team to collect the information of labour market, such as compensation and etc.
? 负责办公室或营运部门专业技能要求较高的岗位的招聘工作
Be responsible for recruitment for the positions in office or operation that are required for high professional skill
? 审核发布外部招聘信息
Approvals and releases external recruitment information.
? 参与校园招聘
Participates in campus recruitment.
? 对招聘费用进行合理控制
Controls the recruitment cost in the region.
储备人员管理Reserve Pool Management
? 负责人才储备库中一线员工的招聘工作
Be accountable for the recruitment for Reserve pools (group E) in the region.
? 关闭分店时,对拟入人才储备库人员进行审核
Be involved in the selection of the people in reserve pool in closing site situation
团队管理Team Management
? 带领地区招聘团队伍达成工作目标:
Leads regional recruiter team to reach performance target.
? 定期召开招聘专员会议,检核招聘进度
Manages regular meetings with recruiters to review the recruitment status.
? 向区域招聘专员提供培训和专业建议以提高他们的招聘技巧
Trains and gives professional advice to area recruiters in order to improve their recruitment skills.
工作汇报Reporting
? 定期向上级提供相关招聘数据
Regularly reports the recruitment data to RHRD.
? 定期对招聘工作进行分析,提供全面准确的意见、建议
Regularly reviews and analyzes recruitment progress and provides comprehensive and accurate comments.
? 当发现任何可引发法津诉讼或者与公司规定和价值观相违背的事件,应立即向相关主管(区域总监/区域人力资源总监)汇报
Reports immediately to the relevant levels (Region Director/Region HR Director) in case of event which against company rules and values or may cause any legal action.
任职要求Qualification & Requirements
1.大专或以上学历College degree or above
2.3年相关工作经验3 years and above of related working experience
3.2年以上管理经验2 years and above management experience
4.熟悉相关劳动法律法规Familiar with relevant labor law and regulations
5.良好的面试及评估技巧Good interview and assessment skills
6.人际交往能力,口头及书面沟通能力
Strong interpersonal skills、Communication skills both in oral and writing
7.谈判能力,较强的团队管理能力Negotiation skills, Strong team management skills
8.良好的服务意识,创新能力,关注结果Good service spirit ,Sense of innovation、Results-oriented
9.英文听说读写能力熟练 Fluency in written & spoken English
10.熟练的电脑办公软件(Word,Excel,PPT)操作能力Solid computer skills (Office Software – Word,Excel,PPT)
