1、 本科以上学历,计算机相关专业，3年以上的IT技术相关工作经验；
2、 【Java方向】Java/J2EE开发能力（RSA\struts\Struts\Hibemate\Eclipse\spring），至少熟悉其中的四个技术，精通其中的两个技术的应用开发;
3、 符合以下条件之一或以上：
1) 具备设计能力（Visio 、Rational Rose、PowerDesign），有较强的应用功能设计和数据设计能力，精通软件设计模式，熟悉掌握其中的一些建模工具使用;
2) 具有良好的技术方案设计能力和设计方案文档编写能力， 具有一定的培训能力和培训辅导经验；
3) 工作细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，高度的责任感，较强的适应、沟通、表达能力；
4) 有售前、服务、交付、财经、供应链或采购领域相关工作经验者优先;
5) 有企业级应用系统资深开发者优先。
