职位描述：
主要职责Main tasks :
In the Prodcution department, you will be under the authority of the Production department manager. You will be in charge of :
？ Process project purchase requisitions, in charge of the PO execution to assure delivery on time;
？ Negotiate with supplier to get better cost and payment term;
？ Ensure orders in the system are acknowledged by the supplier and entered into SAP;
？ Liaise with suppliers in case of quality issue;
？ Pay suppliers in line with agreed payment terms collect invoice in time;
？ Develop, evaluation and audit suppliers；
？ Carry out other job assigned by line manager.

隶属于产品部，由产品部经理领导。负责：
？ 及时处理采购订单，负责订单执行，确保按时交货；
？ 与供应商谈判取得更好的 价格和账期；
？ 采购订单在供应商确认后及时更新维护入系统；
？ 和供应商协调处理质量问题；
？ 申请付款,管理发票并及时提交财务；
？ 拓展、评估新供应商；
？ 开展上级安排的其他工作。

？ 组织、计划、控制能力；
Ability of organization, plan, control
？ 至少有两年从事采购工作经验
？ At least 2 year experience in a purchase.
？ 语言表达和沟通能力, 谈判能力
Good problem solving ability& Good communications skills
？ 综合分析及问题解决能力
Ability of synthesize analysis and ability of solve problem
？ 熟悉SAP系统
Familiar with SAP module
？ 有良好的适应力（能够应对多变的市场环境和国际客户群）。
Good Adaptability (Able to adapt the changes of various market environment and international customers).

？ 学历：机械类本科或同等学历以上
EDUCATION: graduated from university or higher education, majored in mechanical related.
