Responsibilities:

Assist consultant to fill the opening.

Make cold calls to unknown candidates.

Build up lists of target companies and candidates.

Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.

Support Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates.

Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.

Present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above degrees.

Good for reading, can understand easy English written emails.

Excellent PC skills, most importantly but not limited to MS Word, with good analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
