Key Responsibility description关键职责描述

1．Responsible to lead the payment application process for company 主导管理公司的付款流程

1.1 Continually optimize payment application process including paper approval and autopayment process, take the lead to create the special payment application process if there is new business.

持续优化付款流程包括纸单和自动付款，主导建议特殊业务的付款流程如果有新的业务产生。

1.2 Take the lead to check all the payment application form, standardize all the requirements as the gatekeeper of payment application process, ensure to apply processes for all business within DENZA.

主导审核所有和付款申请单，作为付款申请流程的把关者，将所有的需求标准化，确保DENZA所有业务都符合付款申请流程。

1.3 Finish all the payable booking on time, including verifying the invoice, monthly closing and reconciliation Make sure all the payable activity could fulfill the PRC gap.

按时完成所有的应付业务员的记账，包括发票校验、月结，对账，同时确保所有的应付业务必须符合中国会计准则。

2．Accrual and reverse booking process management 暂估和冲销记账流程管理

Continually optimize the accrual and reverse booking process, to make sure all the booking could be matched with the physical business and fulfill the the PRC Accounting Standards and documentation.

持续优化暂估和冲销记账流程，确保所有的记账账实相符，并满足中国会计准则并存档记录。

2.2 Continually coordinate and communicate with controllers to keep the monthly closing on time.

与管控持续沟通和协调，确保按时月结。

3. Payable accounts management 应付账簿管理

3.1 Manage the payable accounts, follow up the prepayment terms and long term open payables. Confirm the payable with suppliers for yearly closing or on special request.

管理应付账簿，持续跟进各项预付款和长账龄的应付款项，年底或有特殊需求时对供应商的应付账款进行确认。

3.2 Monthly payable report 月度应付款报表

Make monthly payable report and accrual report. Provide basic data for analysis, to create the report analysis system.

编制月度应付款报表，并为分析提供基础信息，建立报表分析体系。

4. Reimbursement checking process management 报销核实及管理

4.1 Responsible to perform reimbursement settlement according the corresponding policy approved by company.

根据公司批准的政策审核所有的费用报销。

4.2 Optimize the current travel process and general expense reimbursement process,

优化现有差旅费用和一般费用的报销流程。

5. Assets Booking Management资产记账管理

5.1 Support assist manager to set up the assets booking management process and regulation, be responsible for the daily booking work and monthly closing for all the assets of the company, including fixed assets, tooling, low value-added machine, CIP and intangible assets based on PRC Accounting Standards. Implement process for IFRS divergent Asset Management and Reporting to ensure Shareholder communications.

协助经理建立资产记账管理的流程和规定，以中国企业会计准则为基础负责公司所有资产的日常账务工作和月结工作，包括固定资产，低值易耗品、模具和无形资产。基于国际企业会计准则，执行多方位资产管理的流程和汇报，确保股东之间顺畅的沟通。

5.2 Be responsible for assets verification for company, and take the lead to support the assets managers to set up and continually optimize the processes of physical assets management.

负责公司资产的盘点，同时主导协助资产管理员建立并持续优化实物资产管理流程。

5.3 Provide all kinds of assets statements for annual audit, property loss, tax audit, make sure all the assets booking activities could fulfill the PRC accounting standard. Report IFRS divergent Asset Treatment for Shareholder Reporting.

提供各项资产报表，包括年审，财产损失和税审，确保所有的资产记账满足中国会计准则。向股东方汇报国际会计准则多方位资产处理。
