Adobbe China R&&D’s Solutionn Center teaam is recruiting for a taleented and hhighly motiv ated
Softwware Engineeer. The role of the Softwware Engineeer is to buildd industry-leeading
applications usinng Adobe technologies. The ideal caandidate wi ll be an expert in enterpprise
technnologies, ful ly versed in object oriennted design and have a deep knowwledge of Javva.
Experience in weeb developmment and weeb analytics is advantaggeous.
We'ree looking foor experienceed enterprisse software eengineers, wwho have woorked in
multiiple tiers of aa n-tier application archhitecture, whho care about best-pracctices and goood
softwware engineeering and who are willinng and able to embracee new technoologies to
deliver solutions. Experiencee of Web Annalytics will bbe advantaggeous. Excelllent Englishh
verbaal communications is exxpected.

Respponsibilities
. WWork closelyy with Adobee Professionnal Service oorganization on custom solution
projects
. Ensure that cclients receivve full satisfaaction and mmaximum reeturn on theeir investmennt.
. RResponsible for designinng, developinng, and testiing softwaree in a multi-platform
environmentt using cuttinng-edge technology
. Produce bothh client side and server side solutions.
. Build softwarre to agreed architectural practices,, standards aand quality llevels
. Produce estimmates for tasks and meeet deliverabbles within agreed timeframes.
. CClearly documment softwaare designs aand practicees
. CConstructivelly participat e within thee Adobe techhnical commmunity to deevelop and
reefine best prractices and processes.
. Remain abreast of industry technical best practices, gathering sufficient information to
create the appropriate solution for the given platform and technology.
. Manage workload effectively and without close supervision.
. Work collaboratively with both local and remote team members.

Qualifications
. BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
. 3+ years of working experience in enterprise software or web development
. Strong Java/J2EE/OSGi development background, experience with HTML/CSS/Java Script
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
. Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, ask questions and communicate well
. Unit-testing and/or test-driven development
. Strong understanding of relational database technology
. Pragmatism – good balance between designing and delivering
. General understanding of web analytics and various web measurement technologies
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
. Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player
. Experience in marketing/ customer behavior/ or financial analysis, database marketing,
and/or marketing agency/consulting is advantageous
. Experience in web site analysis and knowledge of best practice requirements to deliver
business optimization solutions is advantageous
. Experience with software design patterns is advantageous
