职位描述：
Job Purpose:
This position focuses on nursery of Tieling station and Yield test in Liaoning.

Duties/Responsibilities：
1. Involved in corn nursery work
? Experiment design and arrangement for nursery
? Supervise part-time employees on ear shelling, seed packaging, pollination and sorting for nursery
? Nursery data collection
? Maintain appropriate inventory of research seeds.
? Involve in station management
? Do some winter nursery work in Hainan

2.Take leadership on Yield trial in spring corn
? Yield trial location hunting and management.
? Planting (by hand or by planter) and field management.
? Key traits scoring and harvesting using Pioneer harvesting system for trials in spring corn area

3. Core value and safety
? Maintain core value compliance in daily operations and keep the germplasm in security.
? Involve in safety management in Yield test and agriculture machine
? Safety and training record maintain for daily work.
