职位描述：
上课高峰期是每天晚上6-10点，一个老师的开放时间最好是在这个时间范围内。老师在家通过网络授课，无需坐班。
Title：Online ESL Teaching Job (work at home )
Peak work hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Beijing time.
Responsibilities
- Being punctual with a high sense of responsibility
- Meeting individual needs of each student
- Modeling English language proficiency
- Addressing all aspects of English—listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Informing students of grammatical and other errors
- Providing corrections and remediation
Requirements
- Love kids and love to teach
- Have a strong internet connection
- Have Skype and/or QQ installed on computer
- Have enough computer memory to allow telecommunication software and documents to run simultaneously
- Have a quiet work area
- Use effective cross-cultural communication
- Inform teaching assistants of any issues
- Accept constructive feedback
- Work with little supervision
Qualifications
Option 1
1. Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Middle School Language Arts, Secondary English, or related field
2. Teacher certification in U.S. elementary school
3. At least 3 years teaching experience (or two years teaching ESL/EFL online)
Option 2
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. TESOL/TEFL Certificate about teaching kids
3. At least 2 years of ESL/EFL teaching experience to include 1~2 years of teaching ESL online 举报 分享
