Main Responsibilities
Well manage supply chain to satisfy external and internal customers’ needs while keep low operation cost.
Implement logistics strategy to support the business plans.
Take charge of all aspects of the logistics operation of the company including production planning, order desk, warehousing, distribution and transportation.
Manage Goods receiving and shipments, material providing and handling with efficiency, manage stock accuracy to ensure good material availability.
Monitor whole process of logistic; ensure products delivery to customers on time.
Responsible for warehouse management and maintain a good housekeeping and stock accuracy. Ensure that all goods are stored in compliance with the relevant legislation.
Work closely with customer service team for sales forecast, customer orders and shipping schedule.
In charge of SAP system, be the key user for Logistic function.
Initiate logistic related documents compliance with group regulation.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Solid knowledge in supply chain management, including purchasing, planning and logistic and warehouse management;
2. Good communication skill in English and Mandarin
3. Familiar with SAP
4. Strong leadership and good teamwork spirit.
5. Bachelor’s degree or above.
6. More than 8 years related experience, 5 years’ experience in management role.
