职位描述：
北京盈电电气有限公司是北京市高新技术企业，公司以生产电力产品、高速铁路用金具为主，是集研发、生产和销售为一体的专业化公司，具有自营进出口权。公司成立于2007年，经过10年的努力，公司产品目前在国内铁路市场的占有率已达50%，并参与制定了行业标准，是同行业的领先者。

岗位职责：
1、参与企业营销目标和销售计划的确定，并指导实施；
2、负责销售政策的制定与监督执行，完成销售指标；
3、负责销售团队的建设，制定销售部管理制度，对销售人员进行业务指导、培训、考核及激励；
4、负责销售数据的分析，制定销售部回款计划并监督执行；
5、负责协调客户和内部资源，解决在订单执行过程中出现的问题，提高客户满意度及发掘新的销售机会；
6、负责收集行业信息，掌握行业动态，开展数据分析；
7、负责总体协调市场突发事件、危机事件的处理。
 
任职要求：
1、市场营销、金属材料、电气化专业大专以上学历。
2、八年以上销售工作经验，五年以上销售管理工作经验，有电气化铁路行业经验者优先。
3、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，极强的沟通能力；
