Job responsibilities:
？ Designated to customer network to proactively monitor and review the progress of all customer Service
Requests
？ Understand customer’s business goals and how the network operations support those business goals
？ Possess detailed knowledge of customer’s network
？ Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer and other Cisco teams
？ Proactively monitor and review the progress of all customer SRs and engage as necessary.
？ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on escalated or reoccurring issues as necessary.
？ Attend weekly/bi-weekly case review calls to drive resolution on reactive break/fix issues.
？ Customer－site visit is required for critical issue or important customer event support to maintain customer
Requirements & Qualifications
？ Typically require BS/CS/Business or equivalent plus 8 years experience in a network engineering or
telecommunications support environment. MS degree strongly preferred
？ In depth knowledge in ONE or more of: IP internetworking, cable internetworking, LAN Switching, optical,
virtualization, security, storage, voice, Cisco product knowledge is preferred.
？ Large scale Network design and implementation Experience
？ Expert level Internetworking troubleshooting in a large scale network environment
？ Strong technical background on SP and Financial service industry.
？ Strong communication skill on service request coordination and technical explanation to customer and
internal team
？ CCIE is a must.

？ Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
