职务责任描述（负责客户拓展、任务等）
1、 熟悉客户产业及相关市场状况，并能指导客户思考策略发展
2、宏观控制客户的广告预算，了解公司财务运转，控制业务成本
3、与客户高阶管理人员建立良好的人际关系
4、主动协调部门之间作业上的问题
5、善于开发新客户，为公司增加效益（若自有客户带给公司合作，优先考虑）
6、致力于公司专业化发展

1、对主要策略有贡献——表现出概念化的能力；
2、具有强有力的说服力——销售力或能很准确的了解客户的需求；
3、经常贡献帮助客户业务成长的想法；
4、强有力的提案能力和书面写作表达能力；
5、与客户高阶人员建立良好的关系
6、能有效管理财务运作之流程并使公司获利
7、增加公司务及客户开发

基本要求：
1、本科以上学历；
2、能熟练使用计算机相关软件；
3、英语听、说、读、写能力良好；
4、沟通能力强；
5、适应高强度的工作压力，抗压力强。
