职位描述：
岗位职责:
1、及时准确的解答客户相关咨询问题，提供优质舒适的服务；
2、与客户建立良好的关系，增加客户的满意度；
3、在线与电话解决客户疑问与投诉处理；
4、翻译产品及相关英文资料；
5、制作公司业务所需的统计报表；
6、精确处理客户交易账户设立及出入金事宜；

任职要求:
1.沟通能力、表达能力良好，且具较强的客户服务意识；
2.工作积极主动，善于学习，具较强的团队合作意识与精神；
3.有金融领域相关知识，有K线图基础知识者优先；
4.能写英文邮件；
5.具有良好的电脑操作能力，熟练使用电脑办公软件 ，尤其熟练使用PPT和Excel表格功能；
6.有证券、银行、保险、交易商等客服工作经验者为佳；
