职位描述：

• To plan and maintain daily operations in one or more logistics functions (such as transportation and warehousing)
• Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met.
• Develop planning system strategies to improve signals to the supply chain
• Monitor and adjust parameters in the planning system.
• Use common processes tools, and information systems.
• Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
• Execute the daily operational logistics processes
• Identify potential supply chain failures and mitigate associated risks
• Work closely with stakeholders - internal and/or external to develop short term tactical improvements.
• Use the logistics system to drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain
• Participate in functional process improvement teams

Skills
• Supply Chain Knowledge - has knowledge of how the supply chain functions work to meet our end customer’s requirements.
• Inventory Control And Management -Understand inventory control and management principals and how they impact the local and global supply chain. Understand how the inventory management principles and objectives must tie together to insure continuity in the supply chain.
• Analytical Reasoning - Applies basic research methodologies and statistical analysis to solve problems. Synthesizes and analyzes low to moderately complex data, information and evidence in order to draw meaningful conclusions.
• Attention to detail -Pays attention to all the details of what is communicated, either written, orally, or presented. Able to break down requirements to task level to enable accomplishment. Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved. Provides information in a useable form and on a timely basis to others who need to act on it.
• Communication (Written And Verbal) -Effectively expresses messages and ideas in a clear, organized and relevant manner for a variety of audiences. Develops organized, complete, and convincing communications. Communicates information at a level appropriate for the intended audience.
• Relationship Management -Develops rapport, builds trust, and creates value in relationships. Identifies networking opportunities and effectively communicates across functions, BU's, and with both internal and external business partners.
• Project Management - Familiarity with the basic elements of each area of knowledge and its relevance to Project Management
• Establishes Plans -Solid understanding of how to establish plans. Develops plans that are thorough, realistic, and effective in meeting goals. Uses basic tools, processes and systems to document work clearly .Integrates planning efforts across work units. Translates objectives into clear tactics for execution. Integrates customer feedback into planning process.
• Transportation Network Design And Analysis - basic awareness and understanding of network design and analysis
• Freight optimization - basic understanding of freight optimization
• Domestic and International Transportation - has an awareness that there are regulations, process, required documents, and options with transporting materials domestically and internationally
• Warehouse operations - basic understanding of warehouse operations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
B.S or B.A in applicable field

Experience
• 5 years+ work experience in production logistics warehouse management or other appropriate supply chain role
• Leadership experiences is required

康明斯排放处理系统是全球***的道路和非道路商用车市场发动机后处理技术方案的集成提供商，为轻型、中型、重型和大马力的商用车发动机开发和生产各种排放解决方案与系统产品。其中，康明斯排放处理系统（中国）有限公司成立于2007年，公司位于中国北京亦庄经济技术开发区，开发生产欧四、欧五和国四、国五及以上排放标准的排放处理系统，是集排放处理系统产品开发、生产和销售为一体的康明斯排放处理系统的在华独资企业。

 

发动机事业部
发动机事业部生产和经销功率范围宽广的柴油和天然气发动机以及相应的零部件产品，用于汽车、工业和发电设备等领域。康明斯发动机排量2.8~91立升，功率范围覆盖60~3500马力，广泛应用于重型卡车、中型卡车、巴士、房车、轻型商用汽车和皮卡车等公路用车辆，以及工程机械、矿山设备、农业机械、船舶和铁路等非公路领域。
