Functional Scope:
Interprets applications for customers. Provides follow-up support and disseminates technical information for specific applications. Conducts seminars to demonstrate products and evaluate customer needs
Essential Job Functions:
· Provides technical support and expertise to the company's sales staff and customers.
> How to work with sales team and teach them thru tech training to make them operating by themselves, like cross reference
· Reviews, discusses and interprets customers' requirements for RICHARDSON RFPD products internally sales, PM and principles among.
· Analyzes customers' needs, determining modifications and changes needed to fulfill customers' requirements for RICHARDSON RFPD components.
· Consults with the customer's engineering department on changes.
· Consults with vendors regarding technical issues & new product opportunities.
· Works with SBU management to develop value added products thru engage with principles
· Co-work with sales team to developing unique market strategy to penetrate into potential market sectors

Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent plus two to five years relative working experience in RF.
