Job description
?Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.
?Nurture the relationship with top 5 Solar panel manufacturers in China at multiple levels to spec-in Maxim DC Optimizer.
?Drive the rolling forecast from each solar panel customer on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met.
?Assist the BU team to define and improve the product portfolio by regularly gathering feedback from Solar panel customers.
Requirements
?OEM sales experience
?Previous experience in the solar industry
?Verifiable record of successfully growing market share and overachievement.
?Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the Maxim Solar product line.
?An energetic and highly motivated with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude
?Excellent communication skills
?Fluent in writing English
?Ability to travel frequently in Eastern China area
