职位描述：

1. To organize and file the process documentation in accordance with quality system and production.
根据质量体系和生产流程建立和完善生产流程文件
2. To support manufacture engineering (Equipment trouble shooting,safety issue…)
支持制造工程部门（发现和解决设备故障，安全隐患）
3. To support or lead some industial projects launched in plant
支持或领导工厂发起的工业项目
4. To support MTM (Methods Time Management) implementation in SBMLV (Study + process improvement)
支持MTM在SBMLV的实施
5. To monitor the production capacity based on the order in take and get investment plan base on forecast
根据获得的订单数量跟踪生产产能和制定基于生产预测的投资计划
6. To guarantee the correct set up of process information into SAP (BOM and Routine)
确保SAP中正确的流程信息
7. To continuously take improvement actions of manufacturing engineering base on SPS principle
根据SPS的原则进行制造工程上的持续改进
8. To work together with quality department to improve product quality and reduce MDR
和质量部门一起提高产品质量和减少不合格率
9. To optimize workshop layout base on MPH principle
根据MPH的原则优化生产布局

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or Master degree in Engineering;
2. 5 Years in Manufacturing with 1~2 years in a Managerial position;

3. Fluent written and spoken English;
