职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Help to seek reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
2. Maintain and update the performance data of each supplier and monitor supplier performance
3. Execute placements based on supplier capability, capacity, quality & delivery performance and price
4. Cooperation with logistic, CSR, account teams, rewards team to fulfill orders
5. Provide gift proposal , quotation and offer creative solutions to support sourcing projects and achieve desired results
6. Contribute to the building of the sourcing matrix and supplier alignment by product category
7. Lead and execute sourcing projects include but not limit to bidding, negotiation, contracting and payment checking
8. Coordinate with vendors on sampling, cost control, timely shipment and quality control
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in business, marketing is preferred
2. 1 year of gift sourcing/vendor selection is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in both English and Mandarin CET 6 is a must
4. Excellent computer skills, especially excel, PPT
5. Hard working, self-motivated and detail oriented
6. Well organized, able to take multiple tasks and work under pressure
7. Strong negotiation skills would be an advantage
