职位描述：

RESPONSIBILITY:

1.Tracking 3^rd payment received by register on logbook

2.Collect IRF related 3^rd party payments, check invoice, payment request and other supporting and make payment be processed in compliance with company’s policy

3.Verify the 3-way match in SAP

4.Prepare payment proposal based on payment run calendar

5.Handling queries from payment requestor regarding to payment issues.

6.IRF analysis reports requested by business Dept

7.Other tasks assigned by team leader

8.Support month-end closing and meet the deadline

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

1.University degree in Accounting or related major;

2.Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role;

3.Good written and spoken English skills; Good interpersonal skills;

4.SSC experience and SAP skill are preferred

5.Intermediate Excel skills

6.Attention to details and can-do attitude
