Digital Marketing Manager
The key missions of this role are:
1. Social media management;
2. Search engine management;
3. Digital campaign development
Job Description:
1) Social media management:
?Set up social media strategies and plans clearly defining KPIs, objectives, the role of social media, UnionTech social voice and etc.;
?Be the master of social platforms ensuring UnionTech manage presences on all major social platforms as well as appropriate category vertical forums and blogs;
?Drive audiences engagement through systematic response and interaction mechanism;
?Budget management to maximize the ROI in social channels;
?Identify key influencers within digital channels and be responsible for relationship management;
?Drive content strategy and implementation to ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media technology;
2) Search engine management:
?Full-year SEM campaign planning based on research and analysis of common consumer searching behavior;
?Manage SEM portfolio to generate high return on ads spend (ROAS) and reach consumers at earlier stage of the customer decision journey (CDJ);
?Strategic keywords management and regular optimization to guarantee the effectiveness and cost efficiency of keywords used in campaigns;
?Manage the scale and complexity of dynamic SEM campaigns through industry leading bid management platform;
?Synergize SEM and SEO to maximize search visibility and performance across the customer decision journey;
?Regular performance analysis to identify immediate and long term campaign opportunities;
3) Digital campaign development:
?Plan and execute campaigns in integrated channels with objectives and insights aligned with business and marketing objectives;
?View ability management and monitor for all campaigns to achieve the target;
?Develop creative and messages for diversified channels with consistence with traditional campaigns;
4) Digital content development and management:
?Develop content strategy to unleash the power of brand content and UGC.
?Be responsible of annual content planning and quarterly iteration;
?Monitor content spending distribution across supply chain to ensure the best use of resources
Qualifications:
1)Previous experiences working in digital marketing or PR
2) Extensive knowledge of Digital & Social marketing programs: production, online media, social behavior, research & analytic
3) Native level of English skills, Chinese skills a plus
4) Deep understanding of IT industry
5) Experiences managing small teams and initiative to drive change across the company a plus
