Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job description

The Xbox China Team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Ma

nager to own and drive go to market (GTM) plans for various gaming products under Xbox portfolio including but not limited to Xbox/Win10 games, Xbox One bundles and Xbox Live subscription. In this role, you will develop and execute China marketing plans to achieve or exceed financial goals for these products. We are seeking an individual who understands how to drive GTM planning and execution through influence and collaboration with a broad business background. This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who has both consumer and retail marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to drive brand affinity, awareness and purchase intent for Xbox products

• Plan and manage event execution for Xbox products

• Develop GTM and sustain marketing plans for Xbox products

• Manage marketing budget for Xbox games

• Be the subject matter expert on the product and customer

• Understand and communicate product trends and competitive environment

• Provide forecasting and revenue reporting for managed product’s lifecycle, drive scorecard accountability

• Measure and optimize program results and provide insights from business metrics; evaluate key indicators such as awareness, purchase intent, usage, pre-order, sell-in and sell-through.

Qualifications

A blend of strategic, consumer marketing, sales and analytical skills coupled with a tenacity for execution and delivery is required. Must be action and detail-oriented with broad knowledge of sales and marketing including solid experience working through multiple internal and external partners to achieve superior results.

The ability to generate high-impact ideas, multi-task and manage projects under pressure along with an unwavering persistence, commitment, passion and optimism for this work is essential. The candidate should have extensive experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, exceptional communication and presentation skills, proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal relationships, and ability to manage multiple projects on schedule and within budget.



5+ years product marketing experience preferably within a global, multi-brand company. Experience in planning and executing new product launches.
