Duties and Responsibility：
1. 负责健康部门药品和保健食品、健康食品的采购与供应商管理
2. 贯彻执行国家有关药品质量管理的法律、法规和政策，积极推行GSP在企业的施行
3. 负责药品质量管理制度，并指导、督促质量管理制度的执行。
4. 负责药品质量，并包括健康部门其它品类产品的查询和药品质量事故或质量投诉的调查、处理及报告。
5. 负责质量不合格药品，并包括健康部门其它品类产品的审核，提出对不合格药品的处理意见并对处理过程实施监督。
6. 负责对首营企业、首营品种质量审批。
7. 负责协调部门之间质量管理工作的有效开展
8. 负责健康部门质量方面培训教育工作
9. 负责店铺执业药师药品业务的管理和培训工作
Qualifications：
1. 具有执业药师以上技术职称，并经地市级以上药品监督管理部门考试合格后方可上岗。
2. 熟悉法律法规，懂药品经营管理知识，具有药学技术、药学知识和良好的职业道德等综合知识水平
3. 熟悉《药品管理法》、《药品经营质量管理规范》
4. 3年有以上关药品，保健食品，食品的相关工作经验
5. 具有职业责任感，能坚持原则
6. 熟悉使用办公电脑系统。
