职位描述：
工作职责：
依据集团内部审计制度及部门工作计划，对企业各项经济活动的真实性、合法性、效益性，对企业风险管理、内部控制及治理程序进行监督、审查和评价，并提出整改意见、督促改进。


任职资格：
1. 大学本科及以上学历；
2. 内部审计相关工作经验5年以上，其中2年以上大中型房地产、酒店餐饮、物业管理等企业的审计工作经验；
3. 具备会计、审计中级职称，注册会计师、注册内审师、注册税务师等为佳；
4. 熟练掌握财务、审计及内部控制知识，了解行业运营流程等；
5. 熟悉地产、餐饮酒店、教育、物业等行业管理运营知识；
6. 有良好的个人品质、职业道德，处事客观公正，具有高度保密意识。 举报 分享
