Position: Designer I & Color Material Finish Specialist, Shenzhen, China-# 1923

Client Introduction:

Our client is a multi-national corporation. It has developed and created the world s best cleaning tools. It is a
family-owned corporation which was established in 1876. This company has redefined the concept of clean
with a family of innovative floor care products such as vacuums, carpet sweepers, carpet deep cleaners and
bare floor vacuums, along with a full line of time-tested floor cleaning chemicals.

Job Description:

Excellent command of written/oral English a must; (Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.);
1-2 years experience in design field; (preferably with product design background but open to
candidates from other disciplines as well.)
This person will devote 30~40% to support industrial design.
Have a very intuitive graphical sense, able to generate inspiring posters for trend forecasting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask on several active programs.
Have an innate understanding of design aesthetic senses to brand language.
Lead communication and interaction activities with local suppliers for programs.
Familiar with product design development process and comfortable working in a collaborative team
environment.
Be sensitive at searching out for new materials, colors and finishes.
Have some understanding in decorative finish technologies.
Having advance software skills (Photoshop/Illustrator), able to execute visual communication to CMF
strategies through photorealistic renderings using Key shot.
Intermediate to Advance user of Rhinoceros 4.0 for digital modeling and surface rendering would be a
plus but not mandatory.
Be willing to travel locally and internationally for training and trend research
Candidates will need to have authorization to work in China (Shenzhen) in order to apply
