Deloitte Enterprise Risk Service("ERS") provide a broad away of services that allow clients to better measure, manage and control risk to enhance the reliability of their systems and processes throughout the enterprise.Working closely with our clients, Deloitte Internal Audit provide a full range of services including designing a strategic plan for an internal audit, re-engineering existing departments, procedural reviews and the ability to outsource the whole function.

As a Sr. Consultant/Consultant, you will
- Help the clients to establish Internal Audit / Internal Control framework
- Perform business reengineering process
- Conduct procedural reviews and process & control documentation
- Test controls and provide improvement or remediation recommendations
- Draft reports for manager review, ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards
- Responsible for reviewing the work of the subordinates and ensuring the professional standard of service to clients is maintained
- Support our other lines of services as appropriate and necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance or other related disciplines
- Certification of CICPA, CIA is preferred but not essential
- For consultant above 2 years' (sr. consultant above 4 years') experience in the areas of internal audit, internal controls auditing
- Good understanding in any of Sarbanes-Oxley
- Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Mature, proactive and committed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
- Willing to travel

资格条件：
- 会计、计算机、金融及相关专业大学及以上学历
- 持有中国注册会计师，国际注册内部审计师资质者为佳但非必需
- 咨询顾问需具备2年以上（高级咨询顾问需具备4年以上）内审或内控工作经验
- 理解任何萨奥法案
- 很强的分析和沟通能力，勤勉敬业，致力于向客户提供卓越服务
